Relying on internet plus, this large agricultural county with a population of one million, an orchard of one million mu and an annual output of 4 billion Jin of fruit has not only made Dangshan’s peaches "pears" spread all over the world, but also made it the largest county in online agricultural products sales in China, and has also embarked on a characteristic road of e-commerce to help the poor accurately.

At present, in the villages and towns of Dangshan, fruit farmers riding electric tricycles are scrambling to send the newly picked yellow peaches to the e-commerce station for the first time. The yellow peaches sent to the e-commerce station will be sent to the transshipment center of the logistics company, sorted and transported to all parts of the country to reach the consumer’s table.
"Today, a total of 30,000 to 40,000 pieces of yellow peaches and early crisp pears were issued, about 260 tons." The yellow peaches in Dangshan are suitable for fresh sale in the market and for processing and exporting canned peaches. The canned yellow peaches produced from Dangshan yellow peaches sell well in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asian countries. " Tao Guanghong, the county magistrate of Dangshan County, introduced that Dangshan took advantage of internet plus to make peaches "pears" all over the world-4 billion Jin of yellow peaches, crisp pears, apples and other fruits were exported to all parts of the country; At the same time, Dangshan vigorously promoted e-commerce poverty alleviation. By building and operating 139 village-level e-commerce poverty alleviation stations, it formed a three-level e-commerce network support for counties, towns and villages, helped poor villages sell characteristic agricultural products, effectively promoted poor people to start businesses and find jobs, and embarked on the road of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich.

Since 2015, Dangshan County has issued policies to actively support the development of e-commerce in villages and towns and explore ways to help the poor by e-commerce: not only have e-commerce poverty alleviation stations been built for 60 poor villages free of charge, but also other non-poor villages have been awarded subsidies. There are e-commerce poverty alleviation stations in 139 villages in the county.
Liangli Town Liangli Village is the core producing area of Dangshan crisp pear. In 2014, Guo Pengwei, a local guy, returned to his hometown to start a business, joined an e-commerce platform that specializes in selling agricultural products, opened up the sales channels of crisp pears, and successfully docked agents in more than 800 counties and cities in 25 provinces across the country. In the first year of his business, he sold crisp pears, pear paste, canned agricultural products and other products for more than 30 million yuan.
Today, Guo Pengwei is responsible for operating the e-commerce poverty alleviation station in Liangli Village, focusing on the "Pear Farmers’ Commune" brand of "Crispy Pear Core Production Area+Green and Healthy Fruit". Last year, he sold more than 1 million Jin of crisp pear fresh fruit, which was more than double the price in the past, driving the average income of poor households in the village to increase by more than 3,000 yuan.
For the poor households who have the conditions to open online stores, the Dangshan county government gives 800 yuan a one-time subsidy for network fees, and also entrusts large e-commerce companies and poverty alleviation stations to train them.
Fan Jianbo, a poor household in Liangli Village, opened an online shop with the support of poverty alleviation stations and counties and towns, and sold agricultural products such as fruits, canned food and pear paste online, earning more than 200,000 yuan a year, not only getting rid of poverty, but also getting rich.
Dangshan county also launched the county’s e-commerce enterprises to accurately connect with poor households who grow fruits, and bought agricultural products from poor households at a price 10% higher than the market to help them achieve sales and income increase. Last year, 98 home appliance companies helped 2,318 poor households in pairs, and only one home appliance company in "Fresh Fruit Time" helped more than 470 poor households in pairs.
E-commerce is a model for poverty alleviation, and e-commerce is a model for poverty alleviation.

"Dangshan has 21 e-commerce platforms, 984 e-commerce enterprises, more than 20,000 online stores and Wechat business, which has driven more than 100,000 people to engage in e-commerce logistics and other related industries. In 2016, the online sales of agricultural products in the county reached 3.16 billion yuan, and in 2017 it exceeded 4 billion yuan, making it the largest county for online agricultural products sales in China. The vigorous development of the e-commerce industry has lit a bright light and illuminated a new road for the work of getting rid of poverty in Lushan. " Wang Guangmin, secretary of the Dangshan County Party Committee, introduced that Dangshan, based on its own reality, relied on the support of the fruit industry and the e-commerce of agricultural products, and took e-commerce precision poverty alleviation as a pillar industry poverty alleviation project, effectively driving 12,600 households and 25,100 people out of poverty and embarking on a road of accurate poverty alleviation in rural e-commerce that conforms to the reality of Dangshan.
