　　Liu Qibao said that the disaster caused by the Wenchuan earthquake was enormous. According to preliminary statistics, the hardest hit area in Sichuan is about 100,000 square kilometers, involving 88 counties (cities, districts) and 1,204 townships, with a population of about 28 million. Among them, there are more than 20 counties (cities, districts) with a population of nearly 3.5 million.

The second thing that needs to be done urgently is to provide shelter for the affected people, so that they can settle down. We have organized a large number of tents and simple houses for resettlement. This work is in progress, and support from all sides is also great. But at present, tents are still very tight, and all forces are being mobilized. On the one hand, we are stepping up production, and on the other hand, we are bringing them in from outside. The third urgent thing to do is to do a good job in health and epidemic prevention. Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, colleges and universities all over the country started online teaching on the original starting date (around February 17th). As of March 14th, online teaching in most colleges and universities has been going on for about four weeks, and the online teaching has entered a relatively stable state. At this time, it is urgent to investigate and study the effect of online teaching in colleges and universities nationwide, so as to provide reference for college teachers to improve the effect of online teaching. Therefore, the research group of Hebei University conducted a survey on the effect of online teaching during the epidemic period for college students nationwide from March 14th to March 17th, 2020.

A total of 5094 valid samples were obtained in this survey. The respondents came from 113 universities in China, covering 13 disciplines, from the first year of university to the third year of graduate students, of which 34.9% were men and 65.1% were women.

According to the survey data, 69.16% of the students spend more than 4 hours in online teaching every day, among which 21.83% have more than 6 hours in online courses every day, and only 30.84% have less than 4 hours in online courses every day. It can be seen that the online learning task of college students is heavier.

First, the overall evaluation of online teaching-"It is not easy to say that I love you!"

Then, compared with the traditional classroom, what is the overall evaluation of students on the simple online teaching?

1. Network teaching has no obvious effect on highlighting students’ dominant position.

Compared with traditional classroom teaching, online teaching highlights students’ dominant position. Do you agree with this statement? In the answer to this question, 45.23% of the students said "agree or strongly agree", 41.58% said "average" and 13.19% said "disagree or strongly disagree".

2. Online teaching has improved students’ self-study ability.

Compared with traditional classroom teaching, online learning has enhanced my self-study ability. Do you agree with this statement? According to the statistics of the answer to this question, 59.71% of the students chose "agree or strongly agree".

3. Web-based teaching has not well mobilized the enthusiasm of college students for class participation.

Compared with traditional classroom teaching, students are more enthusiastic about participating in online classroom. Do you agree with this statement? According to the statistics of the answer to this question, only 38.10% of college students said "agree or strongly agree" and as many as 22.58% said "disagree or strongly disagree".

4. The effect of online teaching in improving the interaction between teachers and students is average.

Compared with traditional classroom teaching, there is more interaction between teachers and students in online teaching. Do you agree with this statement? According to the statistics of the answer to this question, only 34.58% of college students said "agree or strongly agree" and as many as 19.55% said "disagree or strongly disagree".

5. The learning efficiency of students in online classroom teaching mode is not as good as that in traditional classroom.

Compared with traditional classroom teaching, online learning improves learning efficiency. Do you agree with this statement? According to the survey of this issue, as many as 29.78% of the students said "disagree or disagree very much", and only 29.78% said "agree or disagree very much".

Second, the choice of teaching methods after the epidemic-"still reluctant to part with you!"

The data shows that the teaching method of "traditional classroom teaching is the main method, supplemented by network teaching" has become the first choice for college students after the epidemic. This shows that the position of traditional classroom teaching cannot be replaced, but simple traditional classroom teaching and simple network teaching are not the first choice of students. On the contrary, the teaching method of "traditional classroom teaching is the main one, supplemented by network teaching" has become the first choice of college students. This requires that colleges and universities in China should seize the opportunity of implementing large-scale network teaching brought by the epidemic and vigorously develop network teaching in conjunction with traditional classroom teaching methods in the reform of teaching methods after the epidemic.

Third, the evaluation and analysis of the teaching effect of specific courses-"Old wine in new bottles, both are important"

We ask students to choose the specific course that they think is the best or the worst this semester to evaluate and answer the specific situation of this course.

1. Students have a high evaluation of the selected courses.

Among the scores of the selected courses, 74.07% students scored above 80, 18.59% students scored 60-80, and only 7.34% students scored below 60. It can be seen that students have a high evaluation of the effect of the selected courses.

2. The teaching effect of specialized courses is better than that of public courses, the teaching effect is better in the morning, and the network teaching effect of small-scale classes is better.

The results of data analysis show that there are significant differences in the teaching effect of different courses, different class periods and different class sizes. The teaching effect of specialized courses is better than that of public courses, the teaching effect of morning classes is better, and the network teaching effect of small-scale classes is better.

3. The teaching effect of live video is obviously better than other methods.

The data shows that the teaching effect of live video is better than other forms, which also shows that "seeing is believing". Although students study at home, they are still eager for "face-to-face" real-time classroom form.

4. Courses with better image and sound transmission effect have better teaching effect.

The biggest feature of network teaching is that it is subject to the network transmission situation. The results in Table 4 show that different network conditions and sound transmission effects will bring different teaching effects, and the evaluation of teaching effects with good network conditions and sound transmission conditions is also better.

5. Electronic textbooks and supplementary materials are provided, and the teaching effect is better.

During the epidemic period, students can’t go to school to get paper-based course materials such as textbooks and teaching AIDS, so whether online courses provide rich electronic course resources has become one of the factors that affect the teaching effect.

6. Online check-in and preview tasks are arranged in advance, and the online teaching effect is better.

The results in Table 6 show that the pre-class task arrangement and electronic sign-in of online courses are also factors that affect the teaching effect of the course.

7. The course of using electronic blackboard books has a good teaching effect.

Although the fluency and effect of online teaching electronic blackboard can’t be compared with the physical blackboard, the data show that the teaching effect of the course using electronic blackboard in the course is obviously better.

8. The higher the number of teacher-student interactions and the number of students who speak, the better the classroom effect.

Classroom interaction is an important link and means to improve students’ participation and enthusiasm in class, which is also fully applicable to online teaching.

9. The course of homework and answering questions in time after class is arranged, and the teaching effect is good.

Online courses can be recorded and replayed conditionally, and the teaching effect of courses with replay is better, which requires teachers to make full use of the advantages and specialties of online teaching.

To sum up, the factors that affect the teaching effect of online courses are not only the traditional teaching factors such as preparation of teaching resources before class, interaction in class, homework and counseling and answering questions after class, but also the specific class form and the transmission effect of images and sounds. That is to say, online teaching only changes the teaching way and carrier, and its connotation has not changed except choosing the appropriate class form and smooth network guarantee, which depends on the energy input of teachers in the teaching of this course. Opinions on accelerating the development of new foreign trade formats and new models

The new format and new mode are the effective force of China’s foreign trade development and an important trend of international trade development. Accelerating the development of new foreign trade formats and new models is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of trade, cultivating new advantages in participating in international economic cooperation and competition, and playing an important role in building a new development pattern for services. In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and promote the healthy, sustainable and innovative development of new foreign trade formats and new models, with the consent of the State Council, we hereby put forward the following opinions:

I. General requirements

(1) Guiding ideology.Guided by Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought of the Supreme Leader in the New Era, we will fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 19th National Congress, adhere to the general tone of striving for progress while maintaining stability, base ourselves on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, deepen the "streamline administration, delegate power, strengthen regulation and improve services" reform in foreign trade with the supply-side structural reform as the main line, and promote institutional innovation, management innovation, service innovation, format innovation and model innovation in foreign trade.

(2) Basic principles.

Insist on encouraging innovation. Give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation, better play the role of the government, and further release the vitality of market players. We will try first, encourage the extensive use of new technologies and tools in the field of foreign trade, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional formats, refine the division of trade, enhance the level of specialization, promote the integration and innovation of formats, and constantly explore new foreign trade formats and models.

Adhere to tolerance and prudence. Make overall plans for development and safety, and insist on standardization in development and development in standardization. Establish and improve a policy system that adapts to the development of new foreign trade formats and new models. Improve standards and systems in information data, credit system and intellectual property protection. Scientifically and reasonably define the platform responsibility. Strengthen supervision after the event, continuously optimize the business environment and promote fair competition.

Adhere to open cooperation. Coordinate the domestic and international markets and resources, adhere to the strategy of mutual benefit and win-win, and promote the liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment. Strengthen cooperation and linkage among departments, localities, industries and enterprises, and improve the efficiency of government management and service. Actively explore the establishment of international rules to adapt to and lead the development of new foreign trade formats and new models, and promote high-level opening up.

(3) development goals.By 2025, the institutional mechanism and policy system for the development of new foreign trade formats and new models will be more perfect, the business environment will be more optimized, and a number of leading enterprises and industrial clusters with international competitiveness will be formed, and the level of industrial value chain will be further improved, which will further enhance the driving role of foreign trade and national economy. By 2035, the development level of new foreign trade formats and new models will be in the forefront of innovative countries, the laws and regulations system will be more perfect, and the degree of trade liberalization and facilitation will reach the advanced level in the world, providing strong momentum for the high-quality development of trade and strong support for the basic realization of socialist modernization.

Second, actively support the use of new technologies and tools to empower foreign trade development.

(four) to promote the application of digital intelligence technology.Use digital technology and digital tools to promote the optimization and upgrading of all links in the whole process of foreign trade. Give play to the "long tail effect", integrate fragmented orders and broaden the channels for obtaining orders. Vigorously develop digital exhibitions, social e-commerce, product crowdfunding, big data marketing, etc., and establish a marketing system with online and offline integration and domestic and overseas linkage. Integrate data of all links in foreign trade supply chain, and strengthen resource docking and information sharing. By 2025, the level of digitalization and intelligence of foreign trade enterprises will be significantly improved.(The Ministry of Commerce takes the lead, and all relevant units are responsible according to the division of responsibilities)

(5) Improve cross-border e-commerce development support policies.Apply the supervision mode of cross-border e-commerce enterprise-to-enterprise (B2B) direct export and cross-border e-commerce export overseas warehouse throughout the country, and improve the supporting policies. Facilitate cross-border e-commerce import and export return management. Optimize the list of cross-border e-commerce retail imports. Steadily carry out the pilot work of cross-border e-commerce retail import drugs. Guide enterprises to make good use of cross-border e-commerce retail export value-added tax, consumption tax exemption policies and income tax verification and collection methods. Study and formulate guidelines for intellectual property protection of cross-border e-commerce and guide cross-border e-commerce platforms to prevent intellectual property risks. By 2025, the cross-border e-commerce policy system will be further improved, the development environment will be further optimized, and the development level will be further improved.(The Ministry of Commerce takes the lead, and the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, National Medical Products Administration and China National Intellectual Property Administration are responsible according to the division of responsibilities)

(six) solidly promote the construction of cross-border electronic commerce comprehensive experimental zone.Expand the pilot scope of cross-border electronic commerce Comprehensive Experimental Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Comprehensive Experimental Zone). Actively carry out pilot projects, further improve the "two platforms" of cross-border e-commerce online integrated services and offline industrial parks, and the "six systems" of supervision and services such as information sharing, financial services, intelligent logistics, e-commerce integrity, statistical monitoring and risk prevention and control, and explore more good experiences and good practices. Encourage cross-border e-commerce platforms, operators, supporting service providers and other entities to become bigger and stronger, and accelerate the cultivation of independent brands. Establish an assessment and withdrawal mechanism for the comprehensive test area, and organize the assessment and evaluation in 2021. Curcumin, which is a’ youth medicine’ and a delicious food, has always had its own place in the anti-aging circle, but it is safe and has no toxic and side effects, but it has not yet been among the top anti-aging products. Last time, we talked about that a large number of cellular, molecular and clinical studies have proved that curcumin has multiple effects such as anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-cancer and anti-microbial (click Review:), but why hasn’t curcumin been licensed and can’t it play a higher role in disease treatment?

Look at people by their character, and look at chemicals by their physical and chemical properties. First of all, we should grasp two characteristics of curcumin: low solubility and unstable chemical properties. Remember these two clues, and the following stories are based on them ~

Low solubility

There is a large hydrophobic region in the molecular structure of curcumin, which determines its basic characteristics of low water solubility. However, there are three hydroxyl groups in its molecular structure, so when the alkalinity is high enough, the charged hydrogen ions will be dissociated, and the curcumin molecule will also be negatively charged, and the water solubility will increase [1]. To put it simply, it is insoluble in water, and the more alkaline it is, the more soluble it is.

Curcumin is a difficult master, and it will change when the environment is a little unsatisfactory. As mentioned above, the greater the alkalinity of the solution, the more curcumin is dissolved, which provides great convenience for the hydrolysis reaction; In addition, curcumin is also easy to occur in the presence of light; What’s more, curcumin may spontaneously oxidize when there is no stimulus! Although so many degradation products have more or less anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects, the "periphery" is not as powerful as the "main body" [2].

Then we need to know what curcumin has experienced from eating to discharging, as shown in the following figure [3]:

There are three paths for curcumin to enter digestive tract.

1. In the original form, excreted by feces, jump to the ending 1.

2. After being metabolized by enzymes in digestive tract, it is excreted by feces in the form of metabolites, and jumps to the end 1.

3. Escaped from the clutches of digestive tract enzymes, successfully approached intestinal epithelial cells and entered path B.

There are two ways for curcumin to get close to intestinal epithelial cells.

1. Thrown back to the intestine by the ruthless porters of intestinal epithelial cells, and returned to the path A.

2. Being sent into the blood circulation by the friendly porters of intestinal epithelial cells and entering the path C.

There are two ways for curcumin to reach the liver after it enters the blood circulation.

1. It is metabolized by enzymes in the liver and enters the systemic blood circulation in the form of metabolites, and enters the path D.

2. Escaped from the clutches of liver enzymes, and entered the systemic blood circulation in its original form, and also entered the path D.

After curcumin or its metabolites enter the systemic blood circulation, there are two paths.

1. Enter the kidney with blood, then enter the urine, and pass out of the body with urine, and jump to the end 2.

2. With the distribution of blood to various organs and tissues of the whole body (such as brain, lung, heart, muscle, etc.), it plays an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and anti-cancer role, and jumps to the ending 3.

Obviously, we have high hopes for the ending 3, but how many "difficulties and dangers" does curcumin have to go through to get on this right path? And don’t forget curcumin’s bad temper (low solubility and low stability), so it is even more difficult for it to "survive" success. Therefore, scientists have developed a lot of equipment for curcumin in order to help it succeed.

The role played by these equipments can be summarized as two aspects:

On the one hand, it improves its basic performance (increasing solubility and stability), and on the other hand, it specifically resists "enemy" forces (such as antagonistic cell efflux transporters). In the research of pushing curcumin into clinical application, the obstacles encountered are not only the above physical and chemical characteristics and biological characteristics of curcumin, but also the research itself:

First of all, curcumin used in various studies is actually different. Most crude extracts made from turmeric and even some refined "curcumin" raw materials contain three main compounds: curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bis-demethoxycurcumin, and a few secondary metabolites.

The ratio of curcumin compounds in various "curcumin preparations" is different, and the types of curcumin compounds used in experimental research are also different (pure curcumin is often used in in vitro research and more is artificially synthesized, while the mixture of curcumin compounds is often used in in in vivo research and clinical trials), but curcumin is often used as the active ingredient to evaluate the efficacy. In addition, the dosage form and dosage of curcumin used in each experiment are also different. Therefore, it is difficult to compare the effects of curcumin between different studies, and it is difficult to get a consistent conclusion [5].

On the other hand, curcumin is a pan-screening interfering compound, which makes it difficult for researchers to judge whether curcumin plays a role in a certain target.

The so-called pan-screening interfering compounds mean that they do not act on the target target but present a sharply confusing false positive result.

Real drugs can precisely act on specific protein binding sites, thus inhibiting or activating the function of protein. The "false positive compounds" are disguised as drug combinations, and smoke bombs are released in various screening studies. Moreover, curcumin does have a wide range of biological activities, just like an all-round sports fan who can win an excellent participation award in various competitions. Therefore, it is not a simple matter to judge whether curcumin has played a valuable role in some way and can be detected correctly [5].

With this explanation, it seems that curcumin is still far from being used as medicine, but there is no need to worry. The above problems are what scientists are trying to solve.
