Notice of Nanning Municipal Market Supervision Administration on the flight inspection results of nine food production enterprises including Nanning Guangdeli Food Co., Ltd.
In order to urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility of food safety and the responsibility of territorial supervision, strengthen food production supervision and improve the quality and safety level of food production in the city, according to the requirements of the Administrative Measures for Daily Supervision and Inspection of Food Production and Operation and the Notice of Guangxi Food and Drug Administration on Printing and Distributing the Measures for Flight Inspection of Food and Drug Safety in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, our bureau recently carried out flight inspections on nine food production enterprises, including Nanning Guangdeli Food Co., Ltd., including 12 items in three categories, including basic information of enterprises, implementation of main responsibility of enterprises and acceptance of inspections.
In view of the problems found in the inspection process, the inspection team has asked the urban supervision department where the enterprise is located to implement the territorial supervision duties, investigate and deal with illegal problems according to law, urge the enterprise to rectify, and announce the results to the public in a timely manner.

(5) product label identification. 1. The products of the enterprise are starch products, and some products are not marked with the true attributes of food in the eye-catching position of the label. 2. The actual product use standard Q/BQMF 0001S-2021 Fresh and Wet Prepared Starch Products is inconsistent with the standard DBS 45/050-2018 marked on the label. 3. Looking at the production records, the products produced by the enterprise since July 1st are all starch products. Looking at the site, the finished product warehouse has the product of "Jinsui Fresh Wet Powder", with the product name of prepared fresh wet rice flour and the production license number of SC10145010500298, which is inconsistent with the actual enterprise production license number, and the printed production time is ambiguous. 4. Part of the rolled powder in the finished product warehouse is placed in a plastic basket, which is directly placed on the ground without labels.
