"Fuzhou Real Estate Agency Industry Association" issued a message in the early morning of the 2nd, saying that the Guiding Opinions on Reasonably Adjusting the Commission Standard of Second-hand Housing Transactions and Promoting the Recovery of Real Estate Consumption (Hui Ban [2023] No.09) issued by the association on May 30th had a great negative impact on the real estate brokerage industry because it was not sure about the spirit of the opinions and policies of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the General Administration of Market Supervision and other departments on regulating real estate brokerage services.
According to the association, in order to eliminate the impact in time, according to the requirements of the competent authorities of the industry, Fuzhou Real Estate Agency Industry Association has immediately issued a notice to revoke the above-mentioned documents, and learned a profound lesson, thoroughly studied the spirit of opinions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the General Administration of Market Supervision and other departments on regulating real estate brokerage services, deeply understood policies and measures, adhered to the people-centered thinking, further studied and improved the self-discipline mechanism of the industry, standardized the development of the industry, and effectively reduced the transaction costs of parties in the real estate brokerage industry.
Prior to this, Fuzhou Real Estate Agency Industry Association issued the Guiding Opinions on Reasonably Adjusting the Commission Standard of Second-hand Real Estate Transactions to Promote the Recovery of Real Estate Consumption. Among them, it shows that the current method of paying the trading commission in full by the buyer is adjusted to share the commission in equal proportion between the buyer and the seller; Reasonably reduce the commission charging standard of intermediary enterprises, and set the proportion of unilateral commission collection at 1.5% of the transaction price of the house. The guiding opinions will be officially implemented from June 1, 2023, with a trial period of one year.
