Starting from December 1st, the system will officially start to handle the approval and filing of weddings, funerals and celebrations organized by leading cadres.

　　According to reports, the scope of Shenzhen’s approval and filing personnel for weddings, funerals and celebrations includes: ministries and commissions of the Municipal Party Committee, municipal people’s congress organs, municipal government departments, CPPCC organs, municipal intermediate people’s courts, municipal procuratorates, municipal people’s organizations, and municipal institutions. party member leading cadres at or above the deputy division level; District (new district) deputy department level (or equivalent to deputy department level) and above leading cadres in party member; Municipal and district state-owned enterprises at the middle level and above party member leaders; The person in charge of the "two committees" in the community and the chairman and general manager of the joint-stock cooperative company. Non-CPC party member leading cadres refer to the implementation.

　　The scope of reporting matters includes the wedding, birthday, housewarming, promotion and transfer of leading cadres themselves, spouses and immediate family members, the funeral of immediate family members, the promotion (stay) of children, employment and awards.

　　The Shenzhen Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection requires that leading cadres in party member should log in to the supervision system at least 10 working days in advance to fill in the Report Form on Wedding, Funeral and Celebration for Leading Cadres in party member and go through the reporting procedures.
