Any unit or individual has the right to complain and report any illegal act in the decoration of residential quarters.

The "Several Measures" require strict implementation of the declaration and registration system, and require property management units to inform the prohibited behaviors and precautions of decoration projects in writing. If the decorator fails to inform in advance and sign the decoration management service agreement and commitment letter, the property management unit will restrict the construction personnel and materials from entering the construction site according to the community statute.

Strictly implement the normal inspection system.
