At the same time, production enterprises are required to strictly fulfill the main responsibility of safety, effectively strengthen the quality control of truck products, and ensure the quality and safety of vehicle products. During the rectification period, China Heavy Duty Truck Group will suspend the "Announcement" on illegal vehicle products and the uploading of electronic information on the certificates of relevant products, and urge in-depth investigation and serious rectification to ensure the elimination of potential safety hazards from the source of vehicle production. The person in charge of the enterprise said that he would take back the hidden vehicles immediately according to the requirements of the two departments, implement the rectification requirements, strengthen internal management, produce compliant products and improve the safety performance of vehicle products.

In the next step, the two departments will closely focus on the prevention and reduction of serious road traffic accidents, unite with relevant departments to carry out in-depth management of illegal production and modification of trucks, severely crack down on illegal production and modification behaviors such as "big tons and small labels" and "100 tons of kings", improve and perfect the supervision mechanism of truck production and modification, strictly investigate and ban a number of serious illegal production enterprises, maintenance enterprises, freight enterprises, inspection institutions and illegal modification "black dens", and seriously investigate the legal responsibilities of relevant illegal enterprises and personnel according to law.
