Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee with the Supreme Leader as the core has taken the construction of work style as the starting point and the focus to strictly manage the party. After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the General Secretary made important instructions on the new manifestations of formalism and bureaucracy, emphasizing that the construction of work style is always on the road.
