  The lower-level price inspection agencies can handle difficult price violations, and the higher-level price inspection agencies can assist or directly handle them.

  Higher price inspection agencies can directly deal with price violations within the scope of authority of lower price inspection agencies.

  Article 7 Where two or more price inspection agencies have the right to deal with price violations, the price inspection agency that first found the price violations shall be the main one, with the assistance of the relevant price inspection agencies, and they shall jointly deal with them. When necessary, the price inspection agency at the next higher level shall be responsible for organizing and coordinating.

  Major and complicated price violations across regions and counties shall be jointly inspected and handled by the municipal price inspection agencies and organized by the relevant district and county price inspection agencies.

  First, optimize the regional industrial development environment and promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

  1. Strengthen the support of scientific and technological innovation standards. Focus on frontier fields, encourage and support Zhongguancun enterprises and related industrial technology alliances to issue a number of technical standards, and build a brand of "Zhongguancun Standard" with international leading level.
