According to the expert evaluation organized by Hangzhou Medical Association, this is a medical accident. It has a causal relationship with the patient’s death, assumes full responsibility and has made compensation.

At the same time, the West Lake District Health and Health Bureau of Hangzhou gave warnings and fines to the hospitals involved, instructed them to suspend business for rectification, and further dealt with the responsible medical staff.
