　　According to the planning content, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, with the accelerated development of modern industrial system and digital economy, the rapid layout of industries such as 5G, intelligent manufacturing and high-end manufacturing, and the rapid development of key areas such as "three cities and one district", the power demand potential will be obviously released. It is estimated that by 2025, the electricity consumption of the whole society in this city will be 140 billion kWh, with an average annual increase of 4.2%, and the maximum power load will be 33 million kilowatts, with an average annual increase of 7.6%. At the same time, we will continue to promote the power blanking project and orderly promote the renewal and transformation of the distribution network in old communities before 2000. Combined with the construction of utility tunnel, major projects and key tasks in this city, we will link up key projects such as urban renewal, fine renovation and upgrading of back streets and alleys, and make overall plans to promote the underground project of power overhead lines in the functional core area of the capital.
