We took this certificate and couldn’t find it from our system. We suspected it was a false certificate, but this employee insisted that his certificate was true and could be found on the website.

　　　　　　 It was a truck driver who went to the traffic department for annual examination of the road transport qualification certificate. According to the website provided by him, the staff opened a website called Dezhou Transportation Management Office, which did have information about the driver.

　　　　　　 Dezhou Transportation Bureau staff: "But this website is different from the website of our official road transport qualification certificate. We suspected that his certificate and this website were fake, so we reported the case to the public security department."

Qin, Wang and others have built seven fake websites of state organs, most of which are fake websites of transportation departments, manufacturing and selling fake road transportation qualification certificates, and fake certificates such as welder’s certificates, electrician’s certificates, ID cards and passports.
